Farm shop open Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. Saturday by appointment.

Three steps to a farm turkey on the table

Send your order
Use the order form, email us or call. Add any other meats you want at the same time.

We confirm it
We get in touch to take a £40 deposit on your turkey and send your order confirmation and collection date.
- 03
Collect from the farm
Pick up from Grove Farm, Elmstead Market, on your date. The balance is paid when you collect.
Order early. Our turkeys have sold out before Christmas in past years, so it pays to book yours as soon as the order book opens.

Reared here from July
Our turkeys arrive at Grove Farm as two-day-old chicks each July and grow up on the farm until Christmas.

Space and natural light
They are reared with plenty of space and natural light, so they can grow and live happy, healthy lives.

Inspected, start to finish
Everyone on the team, and the premises where the birds are kept and prepared, is approved and inspected by the council’s environmental health department and DEFRA vets.

A family farm since 1987
Gary Hubert and his son Jim produce turkeys and chickens the time-proven way. Most are sold straight from the farm to the public for Christmas.

A working farm that makes room for wildlife
The Hubert family has lived and farmed at Grove Farm since 1977. Alongside the turkeys, we have planted woodland and hedges, and sown wildflower, pollen and nectar, and wild bird seed mixes, and we have seen a big improvement in the wildlife on the farm.
